Penumbra Point can be found where the fringes of The Beacon of the Radiant Eye fade into the outskirts of the Hewn City; half gripped by shade and half bathed in glittering light.

This cliffside lair is home to dragons with a fascination for both arcane and scholarly knowledge, collectively known as the Illuminated Necromagi.

Architecture
The skies above Penumbra Point are littered with seemingly transparent spheres which remain suspended in the air. Referred to as globes by the locals, these structures are made out of arcane magic and rely on the light energy around them to sustain their functions.
