WHERE LIGHTNING AND WIND MEET

A bustling city of dragons and familiars separated into a multitude of different alleys and pathways, with homes lined up on each side of each alley. While primarily set up in the Windswept Plateau, some of its culture retains memories of its time in the Shifting Expanse.

(I know I'm still in Lightning, I'm finishing up a few projects before moving because the rate of success is low and I don't wish to saddle any Lightning friends with this task...)
