Hatched from an abandoned egg left deep in the Starwood Strand, Beezle possesses an unfortunate psychic ability. The inverse of an empath, he projects his own thoughts and desires upon the dragons he becomes enamored with, until it is all that they are.
Either unaware, or unwilling to face his own twisted and terrible nature, Beezle, too, is caught in his illusion of a perfect family.
As the dragons of Clan Kazul remain under Beezle's influence, the more they become a part of his fantasy, and the less they are able to know what has happened. Occasionally, a dragon may become distant enough from Beezle to find their freedom, but this is rare. Beezle’s thrall is strong, and his heart is covetous.
However, a small amount of awareness remains: the parents of Clan Kazul rarely allow their hatchlings to stay...
Quirks of Clan Kazul:
* Enthralled dragons speak in alliterations, a habit Beezle himself picked up when wandering the wood as a wee wyrm.
* Everyone is sorted into an aesthetic clique, because Beezle likes neat categories
* The few offspring who do stay (Charoite, Citrus, and Sakura) find that they are somewhat resistant to Beezle's power...but aren't sure what to do about it
