About the Clan: Each flight has a representative, and the 11 flight reps make up the flight council of this clan, who act like a senate. This clan is a very dominance driven, pro-exaltation clan, although there is still a diversity of interests. The main warriors of this clan are not in the council, and one of the constitutional rules is that one dragon cannot be both part of the flight council and the warrior crew (separation of powers), especially since established warriors' opinions on clan events are taken as formal suggestions and hold some power.
