This clan is literally Deus Ex but with dragons.

Many years in the future, Sornieth had evolved technologically. Gone were the days of villages. Clans have begun to nest in large metal spires. They settled in skyscrapers in big cities, unlike the realm we currently know. Understanding of magic had grown exponentially, and with it, new industries and inventions.
However, it was not a utopia.

It was a dingy, monochrome land that was a far cry from the vibrant world that Sornieth once was. Recently there has been a rise in dragons acting...strange. There have been outbreaks of dragons turning against their clans and their gods. After the floating metropolis known as the Churnscar Wharf was sunk, that was when things have really begun to escalate.
When the gods had refused to answer the numerous prayers of their worshippers, USATCO was formed without any divine involvement. Dragons of all elements coming together to defend what they believed was the shade slowly and subtly eating their fellow dragons' souls from the inside.
