As you wander through the Reedcleft Ascent, grabbing nearby reeds to stabilize yourself with each passing gust of wind, a distant menagerie of bright colors catches your eye. You drift closer. The colors are scraps of cloth, being woven together by a dark grey Skydancer with shimmering blue wings.

"Why hello there," she says to you as you approach. "Do you like the flag so far?"

You look closer at her weaving project. The scraps of cloth are arranged into an image depicting 11 doors, each representing one of the 11 regions of Sornieth.

"I don't understand," you might say, "I thought this was a clan of the Windswept Plateau."

"It's a clan in the Windswept Plateau, but it's a clan of the world!" she responds excitedly. "This is the Clan of Doors, or as I like to call it, the clan of opportunities!"
