B I O G R A P H Y
Eridanus was once scorned by others for his light coloured wings. The other dragons said that it was impossible for him to become a Night Warrior, for even hatchlings could spot him in the darkness of the night! Every time the other Warriors in training saw Eridanus training in the clan, they would laugh at him and tease him. Gradually, this started to have an impact on the young dragon. He started to wonder if he was really able to become a Night Warrior. There was nothing about him that was really noteworthy and he started to doubt if becoming a Night Warrior was truly within his interests. Finally, his mother, Nymane stepped in. She had noticed that this particular son of hers was not so strong willed as his other siblings. She had hoped that her children would follow her in her steps to become a Night Warrior, but she understood that not all of them wanted to go down the path of a Warrior. But to Nymane, as long as her children were strong and able to survive in the world, she didn't care if they were Warriors. Nymane took over his training personally, hoping that he might show some interest in Bone Magic. To her disappointment, Eridanus showed no aptitude for this aspect. The other dragons eased up on their teasing after Nyamne took charge of his training, but as the days went by, Eridanus became more withdrawn. Eventually, she too, gave up on him. With his mother's guidance, Eridanus finally became a Night Warrior. On the day that he received the title, he bid farewell to his mother and father (though they weren't close) and left the clan, never to return. Eridanus knew that he never belonged in that clan due to his light colouring. It didn't matter to him, anyway. He had come to peace with that fact when he was under his mother's tutoring. Just like how she had her talents and abilities, he had his own too.

B I O G R A P H Y
Eridanus finally landed in a small clan on the outskirts of the Viridian Labyrinth. The clan leader, Einior welcomed him warmly and helped him to settle down in the clan. Although they were few in numbers, Eridanus slowly came to know the others well. However, even in the Elemental Haven, he still kept to himself. He had no desire to mingle with the other dragons, his childhood having left him less chatty than he had been as a hatchling. It was only until his encounter with Argent that he became more outspoken within the clan. It didn't take long for the young charismatic Warrior to become well-known within the small clan. Along with his duties as a Night Warrior, Eridanus took on the role of the Head of the Royal Guard. Besides protecting, Toia, their Heryn, he also managed the protection detail of other noble families within the clan. Eridanus held this position for a long time. As time passed by, the deaths of other friends and his mates caused him to lose spirit. Slowly, Eridanus grew more solemn and low-spirited, choosing to withdraw from all activities of the clan. It was only until his son, Urime's qualification as a Bródúil Caomhnóirí that he started to perk up again. His meeting with Argent changed him completely. He was smitten by her graceful appearance the moment she appeared in the clearing. After a few months of watching her from afar, he finally gathered the courage to ask for a dance during the monthly Festival, only to be rejected by the young female. It was an embarrassing experience for Eridanus, since she rejected him in front of the whole clan. But the few friends that he had made comforted him when he lay in the corner of the clearing where he could continue to watch the festivities. Pyros encouraged him to talk to Argent and get to know her better first. And so, this began the tale of Eridanus and Argent. With the support of the two siblings, Eridanus started to bring little tokens to Argent every morning. He would gather a huge meal for her every evening and talk to her about how the day had gone. Slowly, Argent started to open up to him and finally, when Eridanus asked for a dance during the next Festival, she accepted. That was the happiest days of Eridanus's life. But they didn't last long. After their first nest hatched, it seemed like the passion between them died out. Argent slowly started to drift apart from him. Although they didn't take on any other partners, they never got together again. Eridanus was troubled by this development in their relationship. While he still remained fond of her, they agreed that they weren't the ones for each other and separated on amicable terms. Following his separation from Argent, Eridanus had a short relationship with a Bogsneak, but he never saw her again. Until one day, he stumbled across an injured young Nocturne near the border. After taking her back to the clan, he realised that she was his granddaughter, descended from Argent's line. He took her under his wing out of duty to his lineage and as the days passed, he slowly grew fond of this only surviving granddaughter. To his disappointment, after she had her first nest in the clan, she told him that she wanted to leave and repent for her past actions. He understood that she still felt guilty over what had happened to her siblings. He gave her his blessings and she entrusted her children to him. During Snow's stay, Eridanus sought out Argent to let her know about their granddaughter's presence. Argent hurried over and spent most of her time with Snow in Eridanus's lair. Slowly, the old couple grew closer once more and finally Argent decided to move in with Eridanus again. However, once Snow left, they started to grow distant again. How have you been? Come to think of it, it's been about one year since I last spoke to you. After I bid farewell to you, I joined a clan in the Viridian Labyrinth and I've been staying there ever since. I never got to thank you for trying to help me fit in with the other Night Warriors while I was staying with you. Thank you for all that you did to bring me up as a Night Warrior.
Many things have happened to me in the past one year. I don't have the time to write down all that has happened- I need to head out on a patrol soon- but I hope you'll be glad to hear that I've brought up three Night Warriors. One of my daughters is still in the midst of her training, but she will be a Night Warrior soon.
Before I forget: my granddaughter- also your great granddaughter will be leaving the clan for a short journey. She plans to drop by your clan in a few months time, if you're alright with that.
