_{In the depths of the ocean, a community of dragons live amidst the silt and sealife, feasting on whalefalls and thriving in the abyss. Though not born of the same Flight, they were all drawn together by shared strangeness- their affinity for darkness and aversion to sunlight, the uncanny ability to breathe under water despite their species, and all of them glittering with bioluminescence.

The Founders, originating from the Lightning Flight, dove deep to join Water Flight and find solace among the waves and others that might understand them better. Soon, they met other dragons from various flights, all with the same anomalous traits. The most common seemed to be from Arcane, Shadow, and of course, Water. Thus, the Founders chose to align themselves with all three.

They found a home in a deep ocean crevasse, in an area where the tips of the Arcanist's and Shadowbinder's domains touch, which joins the Tidelord's domain via submerged caves. With the use of magic and a little Lightning ingenuity, they created pockets of saftey within the caves, allowing for dens of various kinds to be made. Those that dare to cave dive will be shocked to find glittering starwood saplings and softly glowing mushroom groves thriving so far from the surface.

Down in the deep, and the dark, Clan Neon live their strange, flourescent lives.}
