The Observatorium is an institute which lies along the southern coast of the Starfall Isles, and is home to a varied ranged of scholars and explorers dedicated to the study of any and everything within their world. After having been in a crystallised statis for 4 years, those left have awoken to find their founding Overseer, Ephemerides, missing and the Observatorim is disrepair.

The Spiritbound are a selection of dragons from across the 11 flights who have found themselves bonded, intrinsically tied to an elemental spirit. After having returned to her library after reawkening, Endor believes these Spiritbound dragons to be key, and thus far her leads have only found her two fellow bounded dragons.
