Gustavia Windbreath The Wind Bender Air Current Circulator | Ambassador of Wind Theme song: "Wind" by Akeboshi ——————- Gust was hatched into a fairly wealthy Coatl family, along with many, many other hatchlings. As she grew up, she began to realize that she was one of dozens of identical hatchlings; every one of them had the same coloration. Both her parents were her colors. All of her siblings were her colors. Other dragons in the clan were different colors, but they all held one thing in common. Every dragon was all one color. No dragons with multiple colors; just all dragons. A dragon with all red. A dragon with all blue. A dragon with all green. A dragon with all olive. A dragon with all black. Overhearing the leader's conversations one night, she learned that the hatchlings were to be sold. That gave the reason they were so rich. Scared and confused, she ran away from home, wondering if her family cared enough to come after her. Nobody ever did. Time passed, and she adorned herself with different bamboo to try and make her appear a different color. She thought she looked pretty good, and it helped her blend in with the forests of bamboo. One day, she was found. Not by her original clan, but by a wandering member of the Outcasts. They invited her in, and allowed her the position of ambassador of Wind, but they didn't answer her questions as the rune of the Windsinger appeared on her head. Personality: Gust is a close-minded dragon, usually seeing every dragon as their stereotypical reputation. Due to her discovery about her past, she is emotionally unstable, and is usually frightened at things or seen sad. She tries to hide it behind the usual Wind Flight extroversion, but she tends to keep to herself at times. |
