My Dragon Lore
In my lore world my den isn't really a "den" so to speak, in my universe my den actually stretches for miles and miles with each dragon having their own unique habitat (eg. The Forest). In my universe dragons, whilst intelligent are at a very primal stage, they have no technology, when they fight it's tooth and claw.

(500 A.P) Nestled in a large cave system the first of the extinct Banescale eggs start to re-awaken. An ancient species is brought back from extinction, other dragons are wary of the Banescale, causing
them to shy away from any interaction outside their
own kind.
A.P = After Pillar, after the world pillar was shattered by the shade.
B.P = Before Pillar
