As of 6/16/2021, all of my old lore dragons have been exalted, and I have started over with false progens.

I access FR from both my phone and computer, but I find it a lot easier to navigate webpages on the computer, so if I'm slow to respond on anything it's because I'm unable to use that at the moment.
