In mysterious fathoms below...
Venerable Lair
of the
Leviathan Trench
Clan Information
"Come and seek us where our voices sound. We cannot sing above the ground..."

A clan born from the wreckage of another, its Matriarch the only known survivor of a clan attacked by Maren, Lamaris would soon face its own tragedy that would force its members to leave the Tsunami Flats and face the unknown.

A nesting sickness that had taken not one, but four clutches of eggs, as well as one young dragon, spread terror to the members of Lamaris, for how could they stay in a place that would surely doom all of their hatchlings or any of their weak?

One thing was for certain, the beachside cave they had called home was no longer considered safe to nest in, and so, it was time to move on.

Hywel, the clan's Oracle, would be the one to predict that the Tidelord would gift them with a new lair, though it would be Berisch who would find what would become their new home: one in the form of an underwater cave, hidden by the coral of the Fishpine Reef.

...But they would not remain there for long.

Amemasu, one of the fabled Leviathan Demons had found her way to the Lamarians' home on her journey to warn those that she could of an impending storm, claiming to have been sent a Vision by the Tidelord himself.

They did not believe her at first, though a few mere months later, she would be proven correct, as a terrible storm would rock the Sea, making those of Lamaris wonder what had been done to fuel their Deity's wrath.

As it turned out, it was much worse than they feared, for the Tidelord wasn't enraged...he was simply...gone. Disappeared, without a trace. No Visions, no Messages, no...nothing.

Amemasu knew then what needed to be done: Lamaris needed to head to the Trench to seek out the Tidelord, to find out why he had gone so quiet.

It took some time to convince her clanmates, but eventually, Myrra and Aegarys relented, giving her permission to lead Lamaris to the Trench, seeing as how she was the most familiar with the area out of all of them.

And so, the Lamarians gathered their belongings and set forth for the deepest, darkest part of the Leviathan Trench...

Nah it’s fine. It’s from the convenience store episode. A bit of a lesser known quote. I just think it’s funny
