Far to the north east, there lies a lone spark of light among the towering trees and ancient rainforests that have fallen into mystery, reckless growth and savage change beyond anything the gods could have kept in line. But the gods are gone now, and so the spark of order they carry has faded in the leafy undergrowth.

They say that entropy can only ever increase, and the city that began to rise in the treetops was far from any functioning clan.

Lightbulbs are strung among the behemoth branches above as rickety sidewalks and shacks twist around the forest canopy like a snake. The whole area smells of burning exotic plant flesh and the most intertwined combination of musk and burning paper. Some establishments are carved into the trees themselves, whereas others are precariously stacked in apartments among the roof of leaves, made of the brightest timber seen to any’s eyes. The alleyways lurking between these 'streets' of constructed buildings are dark and imposing against the cheerful brightness of the bustling market streets.

This is a city of nature, shade and everything in between, with the bright sidewalks harbouring artisans of all sorts, performers to seamstresses, new faces begging to meet you with every stride you take, however other… things… have seemed to carve out their own place in the treetops too. The inexplicable darkness is ever present, watching, concealing things that no city should ever host.
