The Secret Library was founded in the early days of te colonisation fo the Cinder Marsh by the Fae Dragon Dallen, a curious and quick witted mage and scholar who was amazed by the secret of the formation of such a valley so close to the edge of the Molten Scar. The Secret Library was founded to explore the mysteries of nature, but also to record and preserve the history and culture of the various dragons who migrated to the Cinder Marsh in search of a refuge. As the Cinder Marsh native population grew, it also started to keep the history of its inhabitant and maintain the memorial of its heroes. Most of its members are Pearlcatchers due to their interest for history and scholarly pursuit, but others have joined it. To keep themselves occupied, the Secret Library members play riddle games. Many prefer to go by a humoristical tittle linked to footnotes instead of their actual real name.
