If one didn't look too deep into the history of the Empire, many would think they had always been a Water clan. The truth is, they began their existence as an offshoot of a Nature clan: their first leader was a Nature dragon. Regardless of who they were in the past, the Empire of the Moonlit Waves (or Cyva'haserin in draconic), is a loyal clan of Water dragons. |
