Equiti's Clan

Nestled along the cliffs of the Windswept Plateau lies a cave often hidden by the high tide. Within the narrow entrance lies a large chamber, the walls lined with columns decorated in carvings, sea shells and runes telling the story of the clan of dragons that call this cave system home.

Several watery passages lead into the darkness, connecting the seemingly endless labyrinth of caverns. In the gathering chamber, as local members call the entrance, dragons can often be seen lounging along the layered platforms along the walls of the chamber, a constant trickle of water pooling in dips along the semi-dry ground before streaming into the gentle waves below.

Near the back of the cave you would notice a large pair of columns leading to a small grotto that was open to the rest of the chamber. This grotto would be lavishly decorated with shells and corals, water constantly falling down the flowstone-lined walls into several nests. In the center of this protected roost was a softly sloping platform, the largest nest settling atop it where Lime and her mate Blaez are often found guarding the clan's future.

The small matriarch can often be found nestled atop her large mate's head with her nose buried in a small tomb that seemed to be unaffected by the damp environment.

Several species of dragons, and even a few subspecies at that, make their home in these protected caves. When the small clan migrated to the realm of the Tidelord they sought shelter here, only to find the cave inhabited. Thankfully the few dragons that had carved the caverns into the cliffside were seeking a clan of their own. Now between Lime and Blaez, and the pair of Copper Cave dragons, Kalameet amd Kahrazaki the groups have integrated peacefully.

There are countless caves connected to the gathering chamber, even a special room Lime keeps specially for her many books. Other chambers hold armor, companions, the clan's treasures... just about anything they decide needs a special home finds a cave ready for it.
