LORE Scipio is something of an enigma to many of his clanmates. Like Enakai, he is the son of powerful and influential parents; however, he has fewer misgivings about his heritage. Bold and intelligent, Scipio demands respect from the other dragons around him with his charisma instead of with force. However, he is always quick to remind others that his calmer behavior is a personal choice and not a sign of weakness. Staunchly protective of his own independence, he dislikes being treated as incompetent and will always find a way to get even, somehow. While Scipio can be aloof and distant, he also has a genuine and sensitive side. He is best friends with Adelaide, acting as a natural foil to her temper and her sharp tongue. While he initially harbored some romantic feelings toward her, he nonetheless encouraged her relationship with Mossmere, persuading her to talk to the older dragon about her feelings. When Revoire arrived at the clan, he felt an instant kinship to the soft-spoken Nocturne and the pair were happily mated for a time. Revoire's departure broke his heart, and while he and Adamantine have begun a relationship mainly out of convenience, he hasn't developed the same degree of feeling for her as he did for his previous mate. Scipio enjoys the finer things in life, and has somehow amassed a vast collection of jewelry over the years despite living on a relatively modest stipend. Nobody is quite sure how he managed to obtain so many rare and valuable pieces, but they don't want to ask. As sharp as Scipio's tongue is, his claws can be sharper - and the purple glow that they carry looks too ominous for his clanmates to take chances. | ~~~~~~ |
