You can't level up babies in the coliseum until they're 6 days old, so it'll be best to just exalt them immediately since this week's dom tally ends tonight! Check the nature board on the forums for more information, there's a raffle you can check out too.

For dom, buy cheap dragons from the auction house and exalt them (you'll get some of your money back by exalting!), or exalt your ugly babies. If they're adults, level them up in the coliseum before exalting- you'll get more money AND they count more. :3
