Soulguider's Clan, the Windrunners.

Many of these dragons were travelers without a place to call home, before meeting Soulguider and pledging their loyalty to her.

Soulguider has no known homeland, although she will tell those who ask that all of Sorneith is her home. Some say that Soulguider was created by the Windsinger himself in order to bring the wanderers and explorers of the world together, united, in loyalty to the Deity of the Wind.
