a clan consisting of two settlements: the newer, clan whisperwind, is a village nestled deep in the reeds of the windswept plateau near the border with the sea of a thousand currents, quiet but still somewhat lively. passerby drift in and out, seemingly brought by the wind itself and always leaving something behind. the other is clan mesacliff, a settlement carved into the sides of rock formations by a small oasis on the edge of the shifting expanse. travellers come and go and sometimes stay, drawn by the twinkle of lights on the horizon and the colorful inhabitants.
