The door creaks quietly open, a dull light peeking through the cracks. It's hardly a room, more like an old storage container that has been turned into a livable, workable space. At the center of the room on a tattered couch, a Nocturne fiddles with an odd, cumbersome bracelet. He finally notices the dragon who entered.

"Ah, hello! Are you a client?"
