ohhh I can see why! tbh at first, I wasn't super sold on varnish/lacquer, but I keep finding oddly specific uses for them like now with the sunset baby. or on another dragon, spruce varnish turns into a slightly muddy forest river/stream, working beautifully hand in hand with a UMA. I love things like that - so satisfying!!
