Clan Stormbay is an old clan with a long history full of conflicts... And now it is a goblin market! These dragons sell their hoards to buy a life, marching ever forwards and away from their pasts. Or at least, that's what upper management would have you think.

Stormbay Keep is a complex of tunnels and chambers that work through a mesa north of the Tempest Spire, near the border with the Sunbeam Ruins. The way in is a well-protected secret, and is constantly patrolled by Lairguards. Nobody who enters the mesa does so undetected. Once inside, a prospective buyer will find a horde of merchants. All can agree: if you seek it, it can be found.

The clan is technically under the leadership of one dragon, the granddaughter of the clan's original founder, but the only true laws of Stormbay are leave your past behind you, and don't turn back on a deal. Stormbay was founded on the idea of giving the homeless a home, and while much has changed that spirit as not. |
