Arnight

It's dark. They don't notice him until it's too late, until he's uncoiled and launched himself from the shadows and latched onto them. Whether or not the dragon is larger than him does not matter, for wherever he goes, the darkness follows. It follows, and swallows them whole. They are lost to the darkness, never found again, and he speaks not a word of where they go.

Elkenoc is unsure about having Arnight in the clan, and his strange ability with shadows makes it no better. But he's always speaking out about the hatchlings that Elan chooses to allow into the clan. So far, the Spiral has proven himself loyal again and again to the clan and the Plaguebringer, and Elkenoc leaves him be for this.

During the day time, and on particularly sunny days, Arnight sticks to the shadows. On foggy or overcast days, he can be found lingering on the edge of structures that might cast shadows should the sun appear. It doesn't hurt him; he has just stated a rather strong dislike for the sun.
