Deep in the Shrieking Wilds of the Viridian Labyrinth lies the territory of Clan Roots, nestled within ancient, overgrown stone ruins built long before dragonkind existed. Dragons of all elements and walks of life call this area home; some born into the Clan's ranks, a few having arrived by accident, and others who found acceptance when other clans would cast them out. Clan Roots welcomes all who wish to stay, be they noble knight, stealthy assassin, or anything in-between.

The Clan is a prosperous one, benefiting much from its close alliance with Clan Vampyrum of the Tangled Wood. The two Clans keep in near-constant contact with each other, and it is not uncommon to see members of one Clan staying in the other's territory for extended amounts of time. Clan Roots and Clan Vampyrum work together to keep their borders secure, sending warriors when needed, as well as trading goods and accepting each other's clanmembers into their own ranks.

Clan Roots is a mostly peaceful Clan, preferring to attempt negotiations of trade and friendship with the Beastclans or hostile clans before engaging in battle. However, should negotiations fail, Clan Roots is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. All dragons down to the youngest apprentices are trained in the art of combat, in whatever field their talents best lie. The entirely of Clan Roots will viciously fight to protect itself and its allies to the very end.

Came because Alistair was on the front page. Stayed for Fenris, Ancano, and Mannimarco. (I have a Mannimarco fan dragon myself and all of your fan dragons are aboslutely gorgeous)
