Daring and athletic, Simone is a delicate blend of her parents’ attributes. With strength she inherited from her father augmented by grace from her dancer mother, she takes easily to daunting tests of speed and skill. What began as simple somersaults as a hatchling quickly progressed into advanced tumbling and stunt flying, quickly surpassing the ability of anyone in her home clan to teach her.

With her parents’ blessing, Simone set out into the world to seek further challenges. With the climate of the Southern Icefields, she quickly found challenges in the form of harsh weather patterns and steep mountains, which she discovered were ideal for perfecting her stunt flying. She was deep in focus practicing her signature steep dive one day only to pull up, soar away from the crags below and find herself being watched.

“Oh no, don’t mind me!” the skydancer called over the wind. “I was just watching. Some pretty fancy moves you’ve got there!” Simone nonetheless quickly alit to a nearby outcropping just in case. It was quickly established that Faunus, the skydancer, meant no harm, and Simone was invited in out of the cold in his clan’s home within the very mountain Simone had been practicing over.

Although their home was smaller than she’d become accustomed to, Simone quickly found herself feeling oddly at home with this new clan. She found that the enclosed space of their cavern home was actually ideal for practicing her tumbling, and often entertained the clan in the evenings around the central fire. She quickly found herself at home, so when Faunus approached her to ask if she’d like to make her home with them she was more than happy to accept. She grows to love her new clan more everyday, and finds almost as much joy in her new companions as she does in her acrobatics.
