Temporary dragons

It takes several days to get this deep into the jungle, even for those who were born here. The thick foliage overhead prevents much of the sunlight from reaching the ground below. Its a wonder anything can grow in this darkness, but then again, Sornieth seems to be full of such wonders. Something rustles in the trees a little way off. A convenient breeze causes the whole canopy above to stir, effectively covering the sounds of any other movement.
Chattering of animals can be heard throughout the dense jungle, but foremost in all the noise is the sound of giggling. A group of creatures unseen is hunting. Whether or not they are hunting you is unclear. Moving forwards is near impossible when there is nothing to illuminate the next step. The giggling creaures are still following. There are several in the trees behind, and now a few in the trees to the left. Theres still so much plant life, and so little light. Shapes filter in and out of misty shadows, their forms clear for one second, and then gone in the next. Someof the shapes chatter, or scamper, but many of them giggle. They are all around now, though they cannot be seen in full, they have done nothing to hide their sounds. Something whips out of the plants to the right. Screeches and pops follow the blurred movement. The other creautres giggles begin to quiet. Again something whips out of the plantlife, this time just ahead. The creatures' giggles turn to screams as they all flee back the way they had come. Their hunt is over, but something elses hunt has begun. Vines snake through the undergrowth ensnaring anything that moves. Keeping still does no good. They have already seen your movements from only moments ago. The vines twist around your feet, crawling up your legs and tightening around your torso. Stiff muscles refused to carry you away from the seemingly sentient vines. Broken voice would not call out for aid. the vines begin to pull backwards, dragging your paralyzed body with them. Massive leaves haltingly move past you as the vines pull you into the heart of their host. The world around begins to lighten. As if the canopy had been stripped away. Sunlight stings your unblinking eyes, and the valley around you is revealed. Dragons move about the large space, some bustle busily, others laze in the noonday sun. Sounds of sparring come from within a ring of ancient boulders, hatchlings shrieks of delight are heard opposite of the ring. The music of rushing water is heard behind all other sounds. Casting crystal green reflections onto the rocks around it, the Emerald Falls lays at the very back of the valley. The clan it supports begins to take notice of the frozen newcomer. Two imperials reach your side just as you feel a sharp pain in your rear and your previously stiff muscles relax. The two imperials catch and hold you up until you are able to stand again, an elderly mirror enters your peripheral vision cackling to herself as she heads back to a large makeshift tent. The imperials leave your side and return to their sparing. It seems you have been left to explore the valley yourself. A few of the clan members watch you, namely a certain hooded imperial, and a golden pearlcatcher who is looking at you a little too

I have a big coli grinding session today, and my food stores are overflowing, if you want me to send you some for free. It probably won't be even close to enough to get them all the way max, but it should help if you accept!
