Clan Information

The Netherward is a clan of dragons who reside on the western outskirts of the Tangled Wood. Due to their location, they are highly influenced by the dragons of the Scarred Wasteland, and it is not uncommon for Plague-aligning dragons to join their ranks.

Although the dragons of Netherward are an eclectic bunch, they have one thing in common; they are all Shade-touched. Being touched by the omnipresent Shade is often enough to push a dragon away from society, forcing them to live a lonesome life. The Shade is highly contagious, and the sickness is often brutal enough to slough skin from bone. However, the dragons of Netherward have found a way to harness the Shade's powers, thus curing them of their sickness, and rendering them almost unstoppable.

Fortunately, Netherward is home to many moralistic dragons. Although their powers are strong and at times frightening, they use their dark magic for nothing but good - or, at least, they try to.
