Welcome to our clan's territory. We are quite the friendly bunch despite what you might have heard about us, however, be warned: our leader is strong and protective of us.

We have an ambassador to each flight and we wish you a very good time in our midst. If you have any questions about us or if you have a problem with one of our members, we kindly ask that you meet our king and leader: Gaius. He will gladly listen to both requests and complaints on your part.

The living creatures we bring to Baldwin are given as apprentices to help him work. Sometimes, they find goo and muck and other kinds of strange substances that their new master gives us in exchange. We also collect hair, scales and nails from some of our familiars, that are then freed from our clan.

We also have a strict policy that limits us to boiling dead bodies only. We do hope that you understand and thank you for your cooperation.

We seek a peaceful solution to the problem of Beastclans, but we will not hesitate to defend ourselves from them if necessary. We are trying very hard to build a relationship of trust with the dunhoof centaurs and Maren people, offering any peaceful individual a place to stay and a promise of safety in exchange for their non-aggression towards our clan.

Our Allies are those who answered to our messages asking to make an alliance. They are privileged people that can pick through our hatchlings and that I would buy from before even looking at someone else's dragons.

- Alistair was a kind dragon, one to care for others and to take life very seriously, however, he was unwise and barely an adult when he was chosen to lead the clan. Despite his weak and soft attempts to discipline the dragons under his rule, he could not control them and soon enough, the rebelious creatures had depleted the food supplies of the entire clan, leaving dragons to fend for themselves, fighting for any scrap of food they could find.

Those were dark times for our clan, times where the females would die trying to feed their hatchlings and where civil war loomed over our heads. I was only a hatchling back then and still, I had plans. I knew how to organize them, I knew what to do to bring our clan back to prosperity. The only thing keeping me from my goal was Alistair, our King. He was by no way cruel, but his methods were wrong. He could not insure our future and the clan needed a new leader, one who could guide them, one who could protect them.

Even then, even so young, I already knew.

It was what motivated me, what helped me get stronger and on the day that I became an adult, I seized power. Four of my friends came to my aid, convincing the Elite guard that our cause was just and in a duel, defeated the lavender imperial that had allowed us to fall as low as we did.

I could've taken his life, but instead, I offered him the opportunity to leave of his own will to serve the Tidelord, our deity at the time. It was an honor he did not deserve, but one I offered him nonetheless, for he had led the clan without anyone to teach him the ways. He had managed to keep us alive despite his failures and he never harbored ill intentions towards his clanmates.

He gratefully accepted my offer and left the clan for good. That's when I took over, giving a purpose to any dragons to join our ranks, forging lasting alliances that ensured our safety while we built our lair anew, making our lives safer and more comfortable. We are now strong enough to hold back the Beastclans that attack us, strong enough to protect those who seek our help.
