A FRIENDLY NOTE: If I have purchased your hatchling/dragon at exalt prices or near exalt prices during a dom battle, chances are they will be exalted. If you would like them back, PM me quickly and I'd be happy to return them. Otherwise they're off to serve Glittermom. Also, sometimes I buy a dragon and get instant buyer's remorse. I get very anxious having a certain amount of dragons in my lair. If I exalt one I bought from you, again... nothing personal.

The Clan Realgar

As of January 24th, 2015, Realgar has relocated to the care and territory of the Lightweaver. Whether they will return to Arcane remains to be seen, but they feel very good about their decision for a change of scenery. Rodran knew it would be best for the clan to be part of a flight that embraces Dominance and better suits their own ideals.

As of June 21st, 2015, the first day of Brightshine, Realgar finally achieved the Ancient Lair status. Their lair location will not change, it will simply expand to include some territory to the North, closer to the Beacon. They are all thrilled to be able to stretch out a bit more in their newfound space.

Past History:
Realgar was founded by Rodran the Tundra, an orphaned wanderer who never found his place in any of the lairs he'd visited. All were exclusive, secretive, limited and segregated in their breeds. Most cared far more about the size of their hoards and their piles of treasure than each other. He couldn't stand these backwards ideals, and so he declared one night under the light of the stars (with the Arcanist watching from the Observatory nearby) that Realgar was to be born. The next morning, a sleek, ice-scaled female Guardian approached him. She had heard his call and wished to be his Queen and co-founder of the clan. Her name was Rozma.

The clan continues to grow over time, accepting any and all breeds and colors of dragon with no bias or judgment. Many of their members have come to Realgar because they have nowhere else to go. After a long and difficult decision by Rodran and several months of consulting the clan's seers to scry the future, Realgar relocated to the Hewn City under the care of the Lightweaver. Realgar consistently sends tribute and new servants to the Lightweaver, whose power and wisdom is allowing Realgar to continue to flourish.

Despite the size of their lair, they strive to never house more than 50 to 60 permanent dragons. They are happy to be a "halfway house" for any souls seeking sanctuary, but they choose their true family wisely.
