You push through the grime that covers the scarred wasteland. Hearing tales of the lair that is situated just over the mountain in front of you, you had packed your bags and left to see it with your own eyes.
But the journey is harder than anticipated, recognizable food is hard to be found and the terrain is treacherous. The skies above are too full of fumes to fly.
You had gotten so close.... your so close..... you've just got to rest a bit before continuing.... As you close your eyes you have the faint knowledge that you will die, and it doesn't seem to bother you.
Just as you feel your heart begin to stutter and your mind slip into nothingness. A massive imperial flies down from the skies and lifts you up. Carrying you to safety.
You wake up in a soft bed. To your right you see the imperial who introduces himself as Jarven. You ask him where you are and he replies.
"Welcome traveler, to the lair of Thorn. Our mighty ruler has been in command with his queen Ruby since the dawn of mortal dragons.
We have told many tales and heard even more. We have explored the vastness of the world and dreamed the deepest dreams.
I carried you to safety, you were this close to dying. Good thing Noam was here to help you."
After a few days of rest you are able to go outside. The sight that greets you is stunning to behold.
Dragons flying to and fro, hatchings scampering underfoot and friendly clawed hands waving you hello.
You have entered the clan of Thorn.

I didn't realize she was a progen offspring until after I'd already sent her nestmate off, biig oops, but it made for a good lore starter.

Oh, no problem. :) I collect progen offspring, I like the unique lore they come with. I ended up getting her in a batch of fodder, so that makes for an excellent story It's similar to how I ended up with Aztec (#49624904).
