The Clan of Misfits:
You step through a clearing in the reeds that cover the Windswept Plateau. You've been traveling across the wind territory for quite some time now and have grown weary from it.
You begin to hear some scribbling and look around to find its source and soon hear a cold and even voice speak.
"Are you here seeking residence or are you simply passing through?" The voice asks, you look down and see a tiny Fae at a small desk fashioned out of driftwood.

He is scribbling onto a lengthy scroll that has swathes of writing on it. Upon further inspection you see hundreds of names and dates in what looks to be a form of record keeping but it's so disorganized you can hardly tell.
Sitting next to him is a small Nocturne who looks to be organizing the mess of scrolls that litter the ground.


The Fae clears his throat, clearly growing impatient
You turn to him and ask, "what is this place?"
The Nocturne practically jumps from her work and says, "this is the clan of dragons seeking a life beyond the borders of breed or elemental allegiance, for those who wish to live the way they choose with whom they choose. We are accepting of dragons from all walks of life, no one is excluded or given a bad straw."
Her words practically fly out of her mouth and you almost miss a few of them, but after getting a good grasp on what she had said you think for a few minutes, this clan sounds awfully inviting. Finally after much consideration you look to the Fae and you ask him, "how do I get in?" He looks at you and you see his crests move into what you assume is his way of smiling. It looks as though you've found a new home.

About Tarkas:
There isn't much to say about me really. I'm just a simple gal who likes to dress her dragons up in overpriced clothes. I'm also planning on opening an art shop eventually!
