Far out at sea past the frigid floes of the southern icefield resides multiple islands of Suishou. There are 14 islands in all, varying in sizes and shapes along with the plants that inhabit them. Built at the largest island is the Cinopor City. A place surrounded by ancient Sakura trees. Although different dragons and beast clans bare different cultures, preferences, building structures, and ideals. We all live in peace with one another. Thus is why no dragon or beast clan here strives for dominance.

Each islands bares it own leader. When together, they form the Suishou Alliance. This is where each leader proposes ideas, and informing the going-on's happening on their own island.

Hey! Thanks for the heads up but I am aware of the rules, I have made a few accents before, haha~ What I submitted is just a WIP, in the actual version all the lines and details are as they should be, but I really appreciate the compliment and help! :D
