In The Begining
Long ago, two Aberrations were banished from the Starfall Isles. The pair had been warned that their dark magic and experiments were not welcome.But they did not heed the warning. Cast out, the pair found themselves in the Shifting Expanse. Here, they were left alone to continue their work. Unbothed by other clans, the pair finally brought light to their vision, and created dragons that could rival the Storm Catcher himself.

When The Creators started in the Starfall Isles, their goal had been to create Demi-Gods to serve them. Their experiments with this led to their exile from the realm, for good reason. The arcane creatures they created with spells and sacrifices were abominations. Uncontrollable, hardly sentient beasts that ended up turned loose on unexpecting clans. Resulting in the creatures' destruction and the deaths of untold numbers of dragons.

Clans rallied, finding the lair of The Creators and chasing them out of the realm. The pair were rather unphased by this, as they began to wander across Sornieth. Experimenting where they could and working to perfect their craft. They had concluded that the power of the Arcane was simply too complex of a thing to turn into living form. However, when they found themselves over looking The Shifting Expanse, the crackling lightning gave the pair an idea.

They settled unnoticed into the bustling and vibrant land. A place focused on building and creation, they appeared as one of the many come to conjure something extraordinary. That is exactly what they intended to do. Lightning and Electricity was far less complicated to work with, the magic easy to learn and master for both Aberrations. Within weeks, they knew what they needed and set out to gather it.

Finally, a massive storm gathered over them and it was time. They had kidnapped a massive Male Imperial and captured a Lightning Sprite. With both strapped down to a stone alter, The Creators began to chant and sing, building with the power of the storm. They cut across the Imperial, casting his blood across the alter, before ending the Sprite with a single blow. With an unimaginable clap of thunder, lightning struck the alter. The light blinded both mages, forcing them aside before fading into darkness.

When the Aberrations approached their alter, to their delight laying upon it was a culmination of their life work. Once an insignificant Imperial now lay transformed into a living incarnate of lightning itself. Electricity sparked across his scales and feathers, causing everything around him to surge with energy.

When he lifted his head and roared, thunder echoed in his cries and the storm clouds grew darker above.

The first Storm Summoner had been created.
