Welcome to the Fibula Lair!

"Listen.
That’s more of a request than an order but I implore you, listen.
Cerritus is in shambles.
Well, it has always been in shambles but- look, things are bad.
A monster in the guise of a man tore our cherished peace from our fingers and now our kingdom is in ruins.
An army rose up from our streets. It appeared from nowhere, pooling in the town square as though a leak had sprung from beneath the cobbles. Rebellion clung to smoke that plumed out of the carts and market stalls that had been overturned and set aflame, ash biting at the backs of throats and voices raw from cheering.
The tide was turning; our kingdom was rising whilst falling.
Our Queen, Most Merciful, could do nothing to stop the masses from breaking down Her doors as the cries of the streets were demanding to be heard, but Her ears remained deaf and her orders stayed shrill.
“Stop them! In the name of Cerritus stop them!”
If only we could have known.
If only we could have listened.
The snake at the forefront of our crusade had begun to coil himself around our eyes, blindfolding us, as we charged eagerly towards what we believed would be our peaceful and just existences, swathing himself with our lust and howling riotously for a reason that was not the shared hope of a new world.
If only we would have listened to Elizabette.
Though She was naught but a child She was not an incompetent ruler- anything but. It is painfully clear now; we searched hungrily back then for somebody to blame.
Excuses will not bring Cerritus back from dust.
Nor shall swords dent the dogged evolution of Acacius.
He aches to ascend.
He aims to leave mortality behind him and find audience with Bea.
Sachiel, I pray, give chase.
We may have collapsed but you have withstood and remained grounded. You are our final lamentation. Our darling Cerritus has crumbled, but nested amongst the threads of the universes that run alongside one another I know many more surely reside.
Cerritus’ just like our very own.
We laugh on in air unattainable by mortal hands and you are our only chance of saving ourselves.
Our equivalents; our parallels.
Go to them, Sachiel Des Toria.
Go to them and execute the monster that slaughtered us like cattle- who slew Our Queen without a skip of a beat, before he ruins existence in its entirety. It’s what She wished for in Her final hours, at the very least grant Her that.
Grant us all that.
Even as I write the walls split and fall as powder to my feet and I am rather unsure as to how long I have left.
So I shall make this short.
I have no weapon to offer to your cause but I have attached something else to this parchment that may aid your hunt. It is no tide-turner but it may just tip a balance.
This ring appears unassuming but be trustful. I was handed this a long time ago, it’s a good luck charm of sorts, but I’ve always recognised that it is so much more than a piece of tat that could easily be found in a haul from the Pervert Alley merchants. The woman, or well, should I say, girl, who gave this to me once upon a blissful midsummers evening had me vow to keep it but then, regretfully, this would not be my first broken promise to her.
It’s handmade so it isn’t the prettiest but its purpose is not that of a finishing touch to an outfit.
The potential of Bea still lingers inside of this metal. I know this as fact, for the girl who presented this to me occurred to be none other than Celeste.
Celeste The Accursed Daughter for that matter, sister to the more celebrated Arabella.
Do not be alarmed, there are no wards or curses surrounding this ring, despite what you may thing you know about Celeste. She was the tragedy at the end of it all, not the villain.
There is not much of Bea left within it, though I have my doubts that there was ever ample inside of it in the first place, but I hope that you shall find some use of it.
There are many things more that I would have loved to have written but it seems I am out of time.

I'd say that you could easily pass the 1k gem to 1.5k gem range for a painted headshot and probably go a lot higher than that actually!

Hi! Super out of the blue question, but how attached are you to the unnamed Antique/Antique/Tarnish boy you've got in your lair? I'm looking for dragons for a breeding project so if you ever decide to sell him I'd love if you could give me a ping! :)
