I breed my breeding pairs after their little ones in my lair are grown up and find a new lair to call home.

LORE:
The Lair was first established by Everkind and EverPaitent. After heading to Pillar City ( I have a head canon that there is a City where the markets are and where Dragons are taken to different lairs (the AH)) to find some Dragons to join their new lair, they found NightDance and some of her comrades. They had been staying at a lair in the Wandering Contagion (the girl liked pretty, shiney things). Rune eventually let Nightdance and her commrades go. She also explained, As with tradition with the Shimmering Crystal Lair dragons, they had NightDance pick out a few desireable males, then went to the Scryers to see which one was her best Forever Mate. She found that mate in Raindance. It is tradition to match your name to the dragon who chose you in the lair. After several more dragons and mates were chosen, EverKind and EverPaitent decided it was time to serve a higher purpose and made Nightdance the Matriarch of the Lair, with RainbowDance at her side. Now that the gathering of the Lair's first generations are settled in, its time to start a family tree!
The roles of the Lair's first gen couples:
SentryLegend &SentryFiction= the Lair Guards. Fitting since Legend is HUGE!
Hiryubi and Kooiryubi= advisors and second in command
Dawnscry and Duskscry= in charge of taking dragons to the Sryers.
RiftTide and RiftStream= the lair's chief engineers and scientists
RegalGlee and ShimmerGlee= Regal is the Lair Ambassador while Shimmer is the Lair's School teacher and hatchling "Wrangler".
More story on their forum thread. Going to work on their bios soon.
Quetzalchusi and Kachinachusi= The resident artists and lovers of nature and color.

All of your dragons are absolutely gorgeous! I have only been here a couple of months, so I am still trying to figure out what I like/what I would like to breed. I seem to be falling into the Shimmer junkie life though :)
It's no problem ^^ I was considering rehoming her too since she doesn't quite fit what I have in mind for my lair either. So it works out perfectly :)
Oh also I saw that you mentioned his mate Shimmer, I could gift her to you if you wanted to try and keep them together? :)
That one is completely up to you. I personally think there must be someone out there who would be very happy with him, since even his less colorful children all found homes ^^

Me too! I have some breeding pairs tending to nests so I'm really looking forward to seeing how my first babies turn out. Hope to have a lair full of beautiful dragons like yours someday!
