A vast territory strewn with tall trees and their crystal-like flowers meets the eye, an improvised village of small cottages planted in magic soil house the clan's unique population. Dragons of every shape, size, and element call this bluff home, and persist in relative harmony with each other.

While the members of the clan can be trusted to manage day-to-day affairs on their own, the stunning spectrum of opinions and ideas make decision making as a whole something of a monumental task. As such, Guardians Siel and Eve, alongside their trusted advisor, the Imperial Singh, act as the de facto clan leaders, administering decisions based on feedback from their clanmates. This is often easier said than done, as the motley members of Clan Stella Scaena are highly individualistic and value their independence. While the occasional spat may ensue due to the clashing of beliefs, general consensus maintains respect and acceptance of these differences, and encourages it thus.
