Every year, when the moon is at it's highest and the weather is the coldest, Permafrost arrives. Their clan has a deep loving for the Icewarden and will only let icicles to come and live permanently in their lair, hence the name.
They love art of all kinds and are well-skilled in many lost art forms, as well as musically talented. Members of this clan enjoy rolling around in the soft snow the Icewarden provides, or to even sleep in it.
Permafrost is extremely polite, welcoming trade and chat between other clans. Their members are vividly active in skiing, and often leave for weeks at a time for the mountains.
