I have lived my life as best I could.

Between the vortexes of dimensions exists the Abyss - void of light - an eternal labyrinth permeating all space and time. To Zephyr23, the Death God, Silence permeates his domain. Within the eternal grandeur of its invisible walls, amidst the incandescent stars of the third dimension, the transparent fragments of his frozen heart surround him. Only to the Third are his battle scars visible – proof of his existence – tormenting his very being. The timeless battle between Light and Dark ensures only victims. Like Icarus, the hero who sought to touch the sun, his handcrafted wings melted as he neared, plunging him to his demise. Now, he is the guiding light within the infinite darkness.

When I was young, I had liberty but did not see it… time, but did not know it… and love, but I did not feel it. Eons would pass before I comprehended all three… And now, in the twilight of my life, this understanding has passed into contentment. Love, liberty, and time – once so disposable, are now the Light which guide me through the darkness.

I have seen enough for one life.

Surely, he will utter these words. When, though is best left unanswered. For now, he searches for unparalleled retainers within the ice-frozen caps.
