If you are near the mouth of a particularly deep cave in the Crystalspine Reaches, still your wings and listen.

You can just hear the fluttering heartbeat of a wide-eyed fae lying in wait. He is alone for now, his band of bright eyed anomies too small and far-spread to be considered a group, much less a clan. With claws not much older than the morning sunlight that could never reach him, he carves out offerings for his god. Slowly, steadily.

Magic flows through his scales like water but often can't find its way back out again. Occasionally, it breaks free - ruining anything around him. He whimpers softly as black leaks between his teeth.
