Hello! The graphic is called a vista. First, you have to own one. They can be bought, found in the Coliseum etc. and then applied through the hoard by clicking on it and choosing "Apply vista to account".
I don't know if there are any default ones, but you could check that.
You change your vista in your Account Settings (which you can find by clicking the upside down arrow next to your username and avatar on the top of the page). There you'll find the "Forum Vista" option with a change button.
The vista I'm using is called "Vista: Solar".
