about the clan

The Specter Bastion. Hidden to all, unless the exact coordinates are known. Even then, the eternally biting storms and unfavorable tides surrounding this island make travel difficult. The rocky outcroppings, hidden currents and deadly defense mechanisms ensure than none enter save for the dragons who inhabit this place.

But who would want to live in a place like this at all? Nobody with half a brain, that’s for sure. The inhabitants of Specter Bastion are cunning, hardy and dangerously intelligent, hiding out on their secret island to conduct experiments unknown and operations unthinkable. It’s the only place they won’t be caught doing it.

The occupants are split up into factions, ranked and categorized in the Specter Bastion’s hierarchy. Ruling over this illegal research base are the Monochromaticae, ten dragons who command all others. Each one is in charge of a specific faction and are below nobody but the two Imperators, Onikisu and Shiro.

However, despite the careful classification of dragons not everything runs smoothly. They’ve mastered the art of living with storms and tides on the weather-battered island and are adept at keeping out of the eyes of other clans, but dissent from within their ranks is not unheard of. Rumors of mutiny against the Monochromaticae creep among the Official Cerulean Administration, whispers of revolt slide through the High Prismatic Tribune, and subtly disguised mentions of rebellion can be heard in the shadows of the Gilded Exarchy. For now, however, everything seems to be normal. We’ll see how long that lasts.
