Zolin and Marriv, former Matriarch and Patriarch of Clan Goldenthorne, founded a strong clan that honors the Gladekeeper who keeps them safe in the Everbloom Gardens. A moshposh clan of various breeds and flights, they consider themselves a haven for dragons in search of a home.

But, of course, things can not remain peaceful forever. While dragons have come and gone, and sickness has not ravaged them, there is restlessness in the clan.

With Zolin passing into service to the Gladekeeper, Dawnfire has stepped up and took the role of matriarch. While Marrivv is not her choice of partner, she knows pushing a much loved patriarch out of his throne would jeopardize her spot as leader, at the moment uncontested.

Her hold on power is firm at the moment, but as new skills are discovered, she grows restless and uncertain.
