Hello! I saw your and sorry for my late reply! I usually go grinding in the coliseum for food or gather up more food in order to keep it above 1000. Once you hit 1000 food points, I think you can stop there and go onto different gathering professions.

A quick summary of how to train dergs: go into the coli and put all stat points into strength (if they have scratch) and speed. you should have 25 vit points when the dragon is lv 25, so spread the vit points out while you're training. Welcome to FR!
