The Baikonur Federal Spaceflight Agency is a gathering of innovators funded by the Stormcatcher. Assembled from many flights, they share one common goal: to put dragons on the other planets of their solar system. They strive to transform dragonkind into an interplanetary species, using engineering as a vessel to propel dragonkind's dreams into tomorrow's reality.

The BSA was initially formed as a coalition of engineers & scientists from the Lightning Imperial Navy and Air Force. A combination of international space treaties, budgeting reasons, and a need for cohesive direction within the coalition forced the Stormcatcher to form the coalition into its own federal agency. While the agency still operates on military bases, it's recognized as a peaceful entity whose goals are rooted in hope, patriotism, and love for all dragonkind.
