Just a... Gang? Semi royaltly based? Pretty rag-tag. They'll let you shelter in their territory and teach you to survive if you bring them plants. Which they are running so low on their "queen" is considering making all the plant eating dragons in the tribe "dissapear". You won't find a better group of dragons to protect you in the whole wild, wild, wasteland! Some of them don't even mind sheltering those of the beast clans... We're all a bunch of misfits here!
