I've been doxxed by a FR member. So I get very jumpy at random friend requests and always turn them down. It's nothing personal, I just panic and don't know who to trust. Please don't send them. If you really, really want to be my friend, get to know me first. That way I know I can trust you ^^; Thank you!

Note, I don’t really want pity I just want to not be scared by random friend requests. I have this explanation why I always decline (or better yet to avoid them all together) them so people know it isn’t a personal reflection against their character. I’m fine accepting friend requests after I get to know you some.

Trigger Warnings!
The lore in this clan and its dragons might contain the any or all of the following:Dark, blood, death, mild violence, mild gore, politics, hope, romance, mystery, intrigue, death and rebirth cycles, blood magic, imprisonment, etc.
Nothing above what FR forbids, but there might be enough to trigger someone. More warnings are likely to be added as I write more of my clan's lore!
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Note: My clan lore is being created! I've settled on names I'm happy with. 95% of them are named after characters in Magical Girl anime or manga. Not very many of them are fan dragons, I just like magical girls my naming my dragons after characters from magical girl anime/manga is how I show my adoration for the genre!
All the recorded Lore for the Clan of the Lost Circle.
The Lightweaver's domain mainly consists of large expanses of prairie with several ruins, a few scattered forests on the edges. Between some of the ruins exists an ocean of golden grass that holds as many secrets as the Lightweaver herself. No light dragon was certain how large it was, how far it stretched across the grassy plains. Its length seemed to change, shifting along the interior plains of the Lightweaver's domain. There were roads that skirted the edges of the plains that the wall of magic never came close too. All Light Dragons and those who lived among the domain knew to avoid the plains.
'Don't go into the sea of dead, golden grass,' Parents would warn, voices hushed and afraid. Every Light hatchling heard this before they could walk. Every day, some parents would warn their hatchlings. Scholars, merchants, locals who lived on the edges warned travelers that came into the Lightweaver's domain. 'Go around the plains. Stick the edges, there's a well-marked road you can take. Always take a long way around. Don't fly straight across, don't walk across, don't go through there. It's not safe... like the Hewn City isn't safe.'
The local dragons knew that the dragons who ignored their sage warning never made it across. Another dragon consumed by one of the mysterious dangers of the Lightweaver's domain. The Hewn City kept what it took. The Lightweaver's domain was not a safe place for the unwary explorer. Sadly, the mysteries the Light Domain contained called to explorers like a siren's song. The unknown sang a song to certain dragons, luring them to the center of the plains.
In the heart of the prairie existed a large shimmering wall of light. One of the great unknown mysteries of the Lightweaver. Perhaps as great as the Hewn City. Several of the best scholars in the Light Flight theorized it held treasures that belonged to the Lightweaver. Others argued in hushed tones that it was something else, a prison for Shades. Dragons didn't return because they were killed by Shades was a favorite theory. Why else wouldn't they return, except if killed by something?
No one was certain what the wall of light contained. An unexplained mystery that sparked questions but never solid answers. No knew if it came or went, or if stayed steady. It's size constantly shifted, never static. Perhaps, it was a relic of the second age some dragons suggested. One thing was certain, one of the few accepted facts, whatever passed through the wall of golden, shimmery magic, did not come back. Dragons would wail about their lost loved ones. Widows, widowers, orphaned hatchlings, everyone knew of someone they lost to the barrier.
Far too many dragons were curious about the wall. They were determined to solve its mystery. Powerful mages, brave explorers, courageous traders, they would all stride through the wall with a promise to return. Meanwhile, their families waited. The all waited for years in vain. Not a single dragon, familiar, animal, or object has ever returned. The barrier kept what it took.
Not many dragons knew of this barrier. After the missing count reached the thousands, Light dragons stopped mentioning there was a barrier. They passed on warnings of the plains being deadly, but not why. Best to not tempt the foolish with the unknown. It was too far in the plains to warrant visiting by locals. There were far too many places that are more worthy of study and note. Safer places where dragons returned with treasure, or knowledge or both. It was a place of no return, as cursed as the Hewn City. Light dragons knew it was less effort to warn their loved ones and forget those who didn't listen.
Even fewer dragons realized that there was an endless plain inside the barrier. A land with a boundless supply of water, food, and resources. Not a single storm visited the place. Perfect, warm, temperate all year with a cloudless blue sky. Not a single storm passed through the barrier.
Deep within that vast, endless space was a city. This city, known to the inhabitants as Circle, had been constructed countless centuries ago by the first dragons to get stuck within the barrier. Circle consisted of one or two-story stone buildings. Walls, never higher than three feet, formed interlocking circles that divided the city into several districts. Outside of those walls were countless tents that housed merchants and their stalls full of goods.
Dragons lived within the stone walls, but shopped and interacted with others in the massive sea of tents and stalls. All of the buildings, walls, and various other structures were built with a black and red stone mined from a bloodstone quarry nearby.
The Azure River, always fresh and clear, ran through the center of Circle. It provided plenty of seafood for the residents. There was always enough food to eat, water to drink, and plenty of shelter from the sun for everyone.
All of the citizens that lived within Circle were dragons. There were no hatchlings, all dragons within the barrier became sterile. Eggs would mysteriously appear in a single hatchery in the very center of Circle. There, a new generation were born. New eggs were celebrated and welcomed. But the hatchlings from these egg were also sterile. Every year, various newcomers that ventured into the barrier each year added to the ranks.
Factions soon sprang up. Dragons within the barrier who disagreed with their fate. Those who learned the Truth from Noir, accepted it, and fought against their fate joined the Truth Bringers Faction.
Dragons who hadn't learned the Truth, happy with the peace filled mundane life at Circle, were part of the Circle Faction. Ignorance was their bliss. They hated the Truth Bringers with a passion for unjustly killing their ranks.
Those who heard the Truth, but weren't driven insane like the Truth Bringers, joined the Celestial Acceptance Faction. They were content with the Truth, happy with their fate. Life was great! There was always enough food and water. Simple tents were amble shelter form the mild elements. Death didn't torment them. The leaders formed a second city, far from Circle. Made from entirely with tents,the Starbound City housed the happy, free spirited dragons who accepted the Truth and didn't care.
Finally, those who learned the Truth, but didn't accept it, or the Truth Bringers, became the Blood Rage Faction. They refused to accept their fate, but they refused to kill in order to reach freedom. They carved out a city deep within the abandoned Bloondstone Quarry. There they fought to defend their home from the Truth Bringers and ignorant members of Circle, while searching for a better way to break free of their fate.
This lair and the dragons within it contain the stories of the Lost Circle. Not of the stories of those that lived within the Lost Circle were recorded. Contained here was some of their history, recorded for all to read. One last testament to the fate of those trapped within the Lost Circle. Perhaps their struggles were not in vain, perhaps someone could learn the Truth before entering the barrier.
Contained within the Lost Circle Clan are the tales of love and hate, life and death, friendship and family, sorrow and hope. Redemption was within reach, but only for those who knew the Truth. Here were stories of dragons becoming lost then found, cautionary tales for those smart enough to read and learn. An epic story that was mostly untold. Read on, and know the Truth.
