We are small, but we are strong

A young Dragoness, Nikko, curious about the world around her, set out on an adventure to discover the world around her and try and find her own wings. Along her travels, she meets another young Fae like her, a male named Joan.

Together they traveled the lands of the wind domain.

Deciding that they wished to establish their own clan, they settled down near Reedcleft Ascent, finding it to their liking.

They worked day and night, working to clear away the debris, creating nests and creating territory for their future members.

Satisfied with their work, they decided that their clan shall be named Starfire, finding that a suitable name.

Nikko prepared a nest for her future offspring, while Joan set off to find new members. He succeeded, bringing back many eager members.

He found loners, rouges, outcasts, thieves, and even members of other clans, willing to help out a blossoming clan, fantasies of untold potential playing their heads.

By then of coarse Joan and Nikko's hatchlings had arrived, as well as other hatchlings that had come along, and ones to be born soon.

Peace could not last though. With other stronger Clans nearby, and the constant threat of the ever-approaching beast clans, Nikko had to give up her Hatchlings, all but one, that sadly died shortly after hatching.

They would be sent off to grow up with the troops, training, and learning to fight, to eventually aid their Domain leader in the war. Of coarse the clan would be compensated for their loss, but it was never enough.

Starfire being small and weak, was attacked frequently, losing treasure and members with each passing battle. Nikko desperate to gain treasure, and to hold some sort of status, would sell off their hatchlings, either to the troops or other clans wishing to gain members.

Joan died in battle, while Nikko's hatchings continued to die from sickness.

Haunted by the deaths of her members, the death of her mate, and the grief and regret over selling the hatchlings, Nikko took her own life.

Command feel momentarily to her second in command Amorra, until a new leader could be chosen.

Umore, the child of Koirin, was chosen to become the next leader. Nikko's only wish to be that Fae's be kept as the leaders of Starfire. She's young, but possess the potential of becoming a mighty but great leader.

The clan has grown significantly from its humble beginnings, members come and go, and hatchlings are still sold, but not so much for treasure or status.

Starfire wishes to give their hatchlings a better life, so they give them to higher ranking and wealthier clans, allowing their hatchlings to gain better training and education then they could provide. Most are given up except for a few.

After the death of Nikko, a council was established, to allow the weight of ruling the clan to not fall solely on Umore's shoulders, and to allow decisions to be made more effectively by all council members.

The council consists of Umore's mother Koirin, Murdock, Wylfred, the clan healer Agares, agares' apprentice Kiru, and occasional warriors, the warriors giving status updates and informing the council of the state of the clan.

The wish for Fae to remain, leaders, was broken when a powerful but young dragon stumbled upon Starfire. She was powerful but dangerous.

She killed Umore and her mother before tearing apart the council and appointing herself as leader. She kept Murdock as the charge of hunting parties, and allowed Agares to remain healer.

Wylfred was stripped of his title and was replaced with Ryjlo, as well as appointing Abel as Agares new apprentice.

Those who swore loyalty to Umore were killed, and all hatchlings were now to be sold to strengthen the clan's Treasury, much to the heartbreak of the parents.

Her mate was sworn in as her ruthless second.

The clan is divided into different sections. There are the warriors, in charge of defending, scouting areas that can be used for storage, gather food, or finding new areas for the healers to gather herbs. They are also in charge of attacking other clans, either for treasure, food, or territory.

There are the gatherers, in charge of gathering herbs and food for the clan.

There is the council, the members making important decisions, both for the near and far future,

The healers, in charge of healing the clan, teaching some members to heal themselves, and to make the end of the month trek to the Argonian council. The Argonian council is where the healers, and some members of other clans, meet to inform each other of the status of their clans and recent events.

Starfire clan has a small gathering of allies, who they quite frequently visit and trade with.
