About this Den:

The Vruxi clan was founded by a small gang of Plague Dragons a few centuries ago. The clan was completely dedicated to the Plague Mother, and was better described as a cult located within the Wandering Contagion In the beginning, only other Plague dragons that were dedicated to the mother were allowed entry, but over time the Clan grew and grew and before long, there was no way to keep disbelievers and other flights out of it.

The leaders of the clan decided to do a purge and purify their ranks. Instead, they met with resistance and were overthrown, thus bringing a new age for the Vruxi Clan.

The clan's ideals changed, as did their location. They were shunned by other zealot groups and hated by all others. They moved themselves to a more secluded place, one fit for outcasts such as themselves, and found The Valley next to an active volcano. It was a secluded area on the edge of the Windswept Plateau and The Ashfall Waste. The Valley was filled with wildlife, accommodations, plenty of room, and even hotsprings. This new place would be their new permanent home.

Over time, their ideals continued to change and formed into something different. Though the clan was still allied with the plague flight, they were more interested in taking care of their own and welcoming any outcasts that had nowhere else to go. It is said that some within their ranks are still zealots, planning to overthrow the current Matriarch, her consort, and allies.

This clan keeps mostly to itself and only tends to antagonize other clans when they come too close to their territory. Xerani allows the dragons to mostly do whatever it is they want, as long as they do not not endanger the dragons within in any form and do not incite war or death upon others unnecessarily.
